Sara Gretina-Diana, M.S.Ed began her career in education with a deep commitment to equity and change. After earning her English degree from Rutgers University and a Masters of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, she entered the classroom as a substitute teacher, later moving into middle school English and history teaching.

Sara's approach centers on honoring the voice and choice of every student, celebrating shared humanity through action, support, and collaboration. As a Literacy Consultant, she specializes in upper-grade education and adolescent interventions, with a focus on foundational awareness and curricular innovation. Her work includes integrating multimodal text sets, such as picture books, into accessible curricula and supporting students in incorporating English grammar conventions.

Sara is a steadfast advocate for social justice in education, collaborating with leadership teams to promote teacher growth and student success within various districts across the nation.
